SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within the UK, £20 for Europe and for the rest of the World, we use Fedex service for a flat fee of £40.
Please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery depending on the destination country.
Please note that some of our pieces are individually hand crafted and may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.  
Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office. 
 Samantha Tea is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
 
 
RETURNS
We are happy to offer you the possibility to refund or exchange within 7 days of your order’s arrival, the item must be returned to us unworn, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging in order for us to process the return. We are unable to accept returns on made to measure or engraved pieces and due to hygiene reasons, earrings.
It is the customer responsibility to make sure that they order the correct size for rings, they can be resized or exchanged but will be subjected to a small charge.
Please email customercare@samanthatea.com with your request, we will then advise on how to proceed. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date your item was delivered and the returnee is responsible for any additional shipping charges, we strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. 
We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
SAMANTHA TEA will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
